Use exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Follow the directions on your prescription label.
Do not take hydrocortisone rectal by mouth. It is for use only in your rectum.

Try to empty your bowel and bladder just before using hydrocortisone rectal.
